Lost track today, but ate a lot of sodium at lunch and started worrying so drank even more. Had to have been at least 9 glasses today for 180 ounces, maybe more.

Whoops, forgot to post here yesterday. I can't remember how many glasses I drank yesterday for certain, but I am sure I achieved my 6 glass goal at the minimum.

Drank at least 6 glasses for 120 ounces. Lost count again, but know 6 is the minimum. Need to start opening this post up and keeping it during the day to keep track.

1/4/09 - Water
Decided to drink less water as per Fat Lazy Guy's suggestion. 6 liters probably is a little much.
So, I measured how many ounces the cup I normally drink from is: 20, and have decided to do 6 of those a day for a daily total of 120 ounces or roughly 4 liters.
Today I have drank 3 cups so far for 60 ounces. Halfway there.
